VOLUNTARY RECYCLING PROGRAM

The Clark County Solid Waste District would like to inform you of a new VOLUNTARY RECYCLING PROGRAM that we are attempting to establish. The annual fee of the program will be $44 per year. We acknowledge the past six months without this service has caused problems and disappointment with many of you.  However, we hope your patience with us and concern for the environment will make this a successful program for everyone in Clark County for generations to come. 

 This will be a new service that the District will be providing to the residents of the unincorporated areas of the County and municipal areas not covered by the present mandatory recycling program.  For this program to work we will need 30% of households to participate.  Please pass this information on to your family and friends, we are anxious to see your response.
